- Oversee the entire installation process of granite and quartz surfaces, from templating to final installation.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct site visits for templating and pre-installation assessments.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Supervise and manage installation crews and subcontractors.
- Provide hands-on training to staff to improve technical skills and installation techniques.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly and professionally.
- Plan and schedule installation jobs efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Manage inventory and ensure necessary materials and tools are available for each job.
- Communicate scheduling updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Proven experience in granite/quartz fabrication and installation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Work may involve exposure to dust, noise, and heavy lifting.
