Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to support long-term strategic initiatives
- Build and scale the finance function, including FP&A capabilities
- Develop site-level and customer-level profitability reporting
- Partner with operations to track labor, throughput, and margin
- Lead forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Support expansion decisions with ROI and capital planning
- Lead cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital structure execution
- Implement scalable financial systems and reporting tools
- Ensure compliance, controls, and risk management
- Serve as a member of executive leadership team
- Build and develop high performing leaders within the FP&A team
- Establish KPI frameworks aligned with EBITDA, cash flow, and ROIC
- Drive initiatives around working capital optimization.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10–15 years of financial leadership experience
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain
- Proven ability to scale finance functions in high-growth environments
- Strong financial modeling and operational finance expertise
