What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, PCA, or CNA, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by:
✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ One year of caregiving, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
✔ CNA certification welcomed but not required for all caregiver positions
✔ CPR/First Aid certification preferred
✔ Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screening
✔ Compassionate, dependable, patient, and team-oriented
✔ Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus

What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, PCA, or CNA, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care
- Building meaningful relationships through companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring residents' well-being and promptly reporting changes
- Assisting with medication reminders as permitted by community policy
- Encouraging resident engagement in activities and social programs
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
- Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families
✔ Must be at least 18 years old
