We are an established general contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee high-end residential projects and renovations throughout Fairfield County.
You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, keep projects on schedule, maintain safety standards, and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activity, subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries
- Manage schedules and help keep projects on track
- Coordinate materials and equipment with the Project Manager
- Resolve issues or delays to minimize downtime
- Review work to ensure quality, accuracy, and code compliance
- Coordinate required site inspections
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Enforce safety procedures and OSHA standards
- Keep daily site logs and provide project updates
- Assist with change orders and final punch list items
Requirements
- 10 years of construction supervision experience
- High-end residential construction experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable using standard office and construction software
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent
