High-End Residential Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes

Take the lead on architecturally significant custom homes where craftsmanship, detail, and client experience set the standard. We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to run a $4M ground-up residence and support a pipeline of high-end residential work throughout Fairfield County, CT.

The Role

You will serve as the on-site leader, driving daily construction activities, coordinating trades, and delivering luxury homes from ground-up through closeout with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for a $4M custom home and select additional projects
• Coordinate all trades to ensure schedule, quality, and seamless execution
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and critical path
• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, and inspectors
• Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and site organization
• Identify and solve constructability challenges before they impact schedule or cost
• Track daily progress, RFIs, submittals, and site documentation

What You Bring

• 8 years of experience in construction with a focus on luxury residential projects
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up custom homes
• Strong trade coordination skills and deep understanding of sequencing
• Experience working with discerning clients and high-end finishes
• Familiarity with Fairfield County / Southern CT building requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, CT.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
