Role: Superintendent
Location: Fayetteville, GA (South of Atlanta)
Salary: $115k - $135k
A well established General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a 5-story concrete hotel project in Fayetteville, GA.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in cast-in-place concrete structures. The project includes approximately 4,000 yards of concrete, and the successful candidate will oversee daily field operations, coordinate crews, and drive schedule, safety, and quality performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations
- Lead field crews and subcontracted labor
- Coordinate concrete pours, formwork, rebar, and post-tension activities
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Maintain project schedule, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on concrete structure projects
- Strong background in multi-story, high-rise, hotel, multifamily, or commercial concrete construction
- Ability to lead field personnel and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with self-performed concrete work preferred
