Job Title: Superintendent - Water / Wastewater Projects
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 base package
My client is a well-established contractor delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Texas. With a strong pipeline of secured work in the Houston area, they are looking to add an experienced Superintendent to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations across water and wastewater construction projects
- Lead field teams, subcontractors, and self-perform crews across concrete, piping, and utility scopes
- Drive production, sequencing, and short-term scheduling to keep projects on track
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Maintain site safety, quality standards, and overall project performance
- Work closely with Project Managers and engineers to resolve site issues and maintain progress
Requirements
- Experience delivering water or wastewater projects (treatment plants, pump stations, or similar)
- Background in heavy civil, utilities, concrete structures, or mechanical piping within infrastructure projects
- Proven experience supervising field operations on multi-million-dollar projects
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and site compliance
- Ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate across different scopes
