We’re recruiting a Senior Superintendent for a highly respected civil/site development contractor with 60 years of industry experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to manage the field, lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and keep projects moving.
🔎 We're looking for:
✅ 10 years of civil/site development experience
🚜 Strong grading & excavation experience
💧 Experience with wet utilities – storm, sanitary & water
📐 Ability to read civil plans & specifications
👷 Proven field leadership experience
🦺 Strong safety mindset — OSHA 30 preferred
