A leading commercial masonry contractor with rapid multi-market growth is seeking a skilled Masonry Estimator to join their Atlanta team. What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate and detailed masonry estimates for commercial projects.
- Interpret plans, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform full material and labor take-offs.
- Develop scope sheets, bid packages, and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support multiple markets as the company continues to scale.
Who We’re Looking For
- 4 years of experience in estimating (masonry experience mandatory).
- Ability to read plans, structural details, and understand masonry systems.
- Comfortable working within a commercial GC/subcontractor environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids at once.
- Reliable, driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a growing precon team.
