We are seeking a Junior HVAC Estimator to join our growing team. You will work closely with senior estimators and project managers to prepare accurate, competitive estimates and support the successful delivery of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing detailed HVAC estimates for high-rise residential projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and tender documents
- Quantify materials, equipment, and labor requirements
- Support senior estimators in pricing and bid preparation
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of estimates
- Maintain organized records of estimates and supporting documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience or internship in HVAC or mechanical estimating is a plus
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and installation processes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel; knowledge of estimating software is a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
