Duties: Oversee the general operations of both Monroeville and Greentree offices and ensure that logistical needs are met. Maintain stock of all supplies. Greet visitors. Conduct clerical duties. You will be an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business. This position reports to the human resources manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of two offices
- Keep organized ledger of residents and office expenses
- Reconcile monthly finances for clients
- Remain on budget by always seeking the best prices for supplies and services
- Facilitator of all supplies and groceries for agency homes in Monroeville area
- Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly
- Monitor supply stock keeping par levels and place orders as needed
- Greet visitors to the office, answering any questions they might have
- Open communicator with all agency home staff
- Organize and update files as needed
- Answer phones, emails, and conduct basic clerical work
- Creates, organizes and maintains files for the principal's correspondence and records, to include document formatting and proofing
- Organizes and prepares complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentation material by using multiple computer applications (such as Microsoft Office), while also gathering and summarizing data for special reports
- Maintain all Vehicle maintenance for agency vehicles
