Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Security Operations modules:
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Threat Intelligence
- Security Posture Control
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script
- Configure automated security incident creation and vulnerability remediation workflows.
- Build dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for security operations.
- Maintain CMDB integrations to prioritize incidents based on business impact.
Qualifications
- 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules.
