We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract and play a key role in the continued evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This is a unique opportunity to work within a small, high-impact team, partnering closely with the C-Suite and business leaders to shape the future direction of the platform.
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will take ownership of complex development initiatives, deliver innovative solutions, and help drive platform maturity across multiple ServiceNow modules. Your expertise will directly influence how the organization leverages ServiceNow to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and support strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including:
- ITSM
- Financial Services Operations (FSO)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership and C-Suite executives, to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, integrations, scripts, and platform enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance within a small, agile ServiceNow team.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, automation, governance, and user adoption.
- Support platform strategy and roadmap development.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer.
- Proven experience developing and configuring solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, and/or FSO.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, including:
- JavaScript
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- Flow Designer
- Workflows
- Integrations and APIs
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
