What you’ll do:
- Speak with clients to understand hiring needs
- Find and connect with candidates for open roles
- Manage the process from first call through to offer
- Write and post job ads, and promote roles online
- Build relationships and develop new business

What we’re looking for:
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people and building relationships

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-led environment where priorities can change quickly
- Any experience in sales, recruitment, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is helpful, but not required—we’re more interested in attitude and willingness to learn
