Alldus International is hiring an Account Executive to join our Manhattan office. This is a client-facing, commercially driven role where you’ll build relationships, win new business, and help deliver recruitment solutions in a fast-moving environment.
The Role:
You’ll sit at the centre of client growth and delivery—owning key accounts, developing new opportunities, and working closely with our recruitment teams to ensure we deliver on client hiring needs.
This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is confident managing relationships from first conversation through to long-term partnership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and growing strong client relationships
- Winning new business and developing your own client portfolio
- Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts
- Understanding hiring needs and coordinating with internal recruiters
- Managing the full recruitment process with clients and candidates
- Negotiating terms and commercial agreements
- Driving revenue and hitting performance targets
- Keeping CRM systems accurate and up to date
