Position Overview
As an Auto Claims Adjuster in our new Chandler, AZ office, you’ll provide exceptional claims service to customers using multiple communication channels. Within established guidelines, you’ll investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle simple to moderately complex auto claims.
You’ll confirm coverage, determine liability, and deliver fair resolutions all while ensuring a positive experience for every customer. This position also offers opportunities to develop your leadership and conflict management skills as you guide customers through the claims and repair process.
Key Responsibilities
$24-32 per hour plus bonus eligibility, based on experience.

As an Auto Claims Adjuster in our new Chandler, AZ office, you’ll provide exceptional claims service to customers using multiple communication channels. Within established guidelines, you’ll investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle simple to moderately complex auto claims.
You’ll confirm coverage, determine liability, and deliver fair resolutions all while ensuring a positive experience for every customer. This position also offers opportunities to develop your leadership and conflict management skills as you guide customers through the claims and repair process.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent claims service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Adjust low to moderately complex auto claims, including some minor injury claims.
- Investigate loss details, determine liability, and negotiate fair settlements.
- Document all claim activity with accuracy and clarity.
- Manage your workload efficiently and communicate proactively with policyholders and other parties.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support workload surges or catastrophe operations as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of auto claims investigation, adjusting, and resolution experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving systems and processes.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Active Arizona Adjuster License
- Bachelor’s degree.
- End-to-end claim handling with full file ownership.
- Experience negotiating comparative negligence claims.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
$24-32 per hour plus bonus eligibility, based on experience.
