Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chandler, AZ, for the role of Claims Adjuster. The Adjuster will be responsible for evaluating claims, conducting detailed investigations, and ensuring the accuracy of documentation and processes to resolve claims promptly and effectively. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing policies, communicating with claimants and relevant stakeholders, documenting findings, resolving disputes, and ensuring adherence to company and industry standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in claims investigation, evaluation, and resolution processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with policyholders and other stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for accurately assessing claim details and making informed decisions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation
- Familiarity with insurance policies, industry regulations, and claims procedures
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage a high volume of claims under deadlines
- Previous experience in insurance claims adjusting, certification in a relevant field, or a related degree is preferred
