What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)

Solve Real Problems

• Clear drain and line blockages using professional equipment (cable machines, hydro jetters)
• Run camera inspections to diagnose issues and find the root cause
• Recommend the right solutions to fix the problem the first time

Work Directly with Customers

• Explain issues in a way customers understand
• Build trust and deliver top-tier service
• Turn service calls into long-term customer relationships

Earn Based on Performance

• Identify repair and upgrade opportunities
• Contribute to team revenue goals
• Get rewarded for doing great work

What We’re Looking For

✔ At least 1 year of plumbing or drain cleaning experience
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and stay productive
✔ Valid California Driver’s License 

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Hydro jetting experience
• Camera inspection experience
• Knowledge of trenchless repair methods

• Lift up to 75 lbs
• Work in tight spaces, crawlspaces, and varying weather
