What You’ll Do (AKA: Why You’ll Love This Role)

As an Electrical Sales & Service Technician, you’ll blend hands-on electrical work with customer-facing service and solution-based selling. You’ll be the electrical expert homeowners rely on to keep their homes safe, efficient, and fully powered.

You’ll get to:

• Diagnose electrical issues and make expert repairs
• Install panels, wiring, fixtures, upgrades & more
• Perform full system assessments in residential and light commercial settings
• Present solutions and sell services with confidence and integrity
• Educate customers and build long-term trust (and referrals!)
• Work independently and as part of a supportive, tight-knit team
• Continuously grow your skills through training, mentoring, and real-world experience

This is a role where your technical skill, customer service, and sales ability combine into a career with huge earning potential.

What You Bring to the Team

You’ll be a success here if you:

• Have 2–3 years of electrical service experience
• Love talking with customers and helping them solve problems
• Are confident presenting options and closing sales
• Bring your own tools — and pride in your craftsmanship
• Thrive in ever-changing environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops — you name it!)
• Are detail-focused, goal-driven, and hungry to succeed
• Can collaborate and communicate like a pro
• Experience with ServiceTitan = a big plus!
