Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and well-being
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
