Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to licensed nursing staff
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed
• Perform vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

• Allaire Rehab & Nursing is a 174-bed Special Care Nursing Facility (SCNF) in Freehold, New Jersey, offering long-term care and therapy for individuals with neurological impairment
