Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Weekend Warrior team at Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Freehold, New Jersey. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mealtime and nourishment, including feeding and hydration
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces
• Participate in care planning and goal setting with multidisciplinary team members
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
