LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Participate in patient assessments, vital sign checks, and reporting changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, as well as adhere to all HIPAA regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
