Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lititz is looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team!

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing services to our residents. As an LPN at Kadima at Lititz, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique setting that combines the latest rehabilitation techniques with a focus on personalized, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare team members
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
