Skilled Construction Worker
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience and skill level
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime available
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Worker to join our team. We need someone who takes pride in their work, has strong construction skills, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skilled construction and remodeling work
- Read and follow plans, drawings, and job specifications
- Perform framing, drywall, finish work, concrete, carpentry, and general construction tasks
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Measure, cut, install, and finish construction materials accurately
- Assist with repairs, renovations, and new construction
- Identify problems and find practical solutions on the job
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain quality workmanship
Qualifications
- 3 years of construction experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Able to read plans and take accurate measurements
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical construction work
- Valid driver's license required
