Construction Laborer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, willing to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in doing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers with daily construction tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean construction sites
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Assist with demolition, digging, framing, concrete, and general labor as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to work as part of a team
