What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Construction Laborer position at Affordable Excavation LLC?
We are a grading & excavation contractor seeking a motivated, reliable and skilled laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency on-site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the grading & excavation industry, while contributing to projects that shape our communities!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with site preparation - including clearing and setting up work zones for construction activities, offload materials and clean-up
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks pertaining to the scope of work
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all company policies and safety protocols throughout each project
- Skills in operating equipment such as; backhoes, skid steers and excavators is a plus, but not mandatory
