Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, or door-to-door sales
- Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Familiarity with Sales Software or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Residential and Commercial Sales
- Strong negotiation skills
