Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Way: Develop and implement effective, physician-approved treatment plans for patients.
- Share Your Expertise: Act as a clinical preceptor, guiding and mentoring Clinical Fellows (CFY) and student clinicians.
- Collaborate for Better Outcomes: Work closely with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and address challenges.
- Document with Precision: Ensure all patient documentation meets board, government, and third-party payer requirements.
- Prepare for the Future: Assist with discharge planning by providing essential training to patients, families, and nursing staff.
- Promote Knowledge: Participate in facility-wide in-service training programs to advance the skills of all staff.
Qualifications:
- A current and valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- A strong commitment to patient-centered, effective care.
- A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
