Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Grow & Shine Speech & Language Therapy, Inc. is a small, woman-owned private practice expanding our team We're looking for dedicated SLPs who value flexibility, collaboration, and variety in their work. This role offers opportunities across different settings — you don't have to do them all, but a hybrid schedule (in-person telehealth) is required.
About the Role: This position is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your strengths and interests. Options include:
- Early intervention clients in Oakland/Emeryville and nearby East Bay areas
- School aged children in Oakland/Emeryville and nearby East Bay areas
- Teletherapy clients (work from home)
You can build a caseload that fits your schedule - part-time or supplemental hours.
Schedule:
- 5–30 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Combination of in-home, school-based, and telehealth sessions

Requirements
- Current California SLP license/certification
- Experience with pediatrics (early intervention experience preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
