Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Passionate about working with infants and toddlers in natural environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Fun, Play-Based Therapy Create engaging sessions that spark joy and support growth under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Support Communication Development Help children build confidence in their speech, language, and social communication skills.
- Empower Families Share helpful home strategies and tips so parents and caregivers can continue the progress outside of sessions.
- Track and Celebrate Progress Maintain clear and accurate documentation to monitor growth and celebrate each milestone.
