Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation
- 100% Commission – 30% front end / 10% back end
- Average earning potential: $75,000 annually: 65,000-150,000
- Full-time, 40 hours per week

- Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits (valid driver’s license required)
- Provide clear quotes and assist customers through the financing process
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage follow-ups
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and review key features, warranty coverage, and final documents with customers
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on used inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Previous experience in automotive, retail, or customer-facing sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
