Compensation & Schedule
- $25–$55/hour (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
- Full-time with advancement opportunities
- Schedule: Monday–Friday between 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. (shift assigned)
- Every 4th or 5th Saturday: 6:00–11:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

- Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager
- Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
- Perform welding/fabrication as needed
- Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed (work orders, parts used)
- Communicate with OEM/factory technical assistance as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and technical advancements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior diesel technician experience (Kenworth preferred; Ford/Isuzu a plus)
- Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and excellent attention to detail
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arm
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently; occasionally more than 50 lbs
