In this role, you’ll oversee Sales, Parts, and Service operations while driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth. The Branch Manager will focus managing, and developing a high-performing team, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales and profit goals.
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $65,000 (based on experience)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

- Hire, train, and develop service and parts staff

- Develop technician training and apprenticeship programs
- Provide internal support for outside sales representatives
- Partner with Service Writers and Technicians to achieve department goals
- Analyze financial statements and take corrective actions when needed
- Develop and implement plans to exceed sales and profit growth goals
- Motivate and communicate effectively with staff to achieve success
- High School Diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Previous parts and service experience (heavy equipment/heavy-duty preferred)
- Proficiency in Word and Excel; CDK experience helpful
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
