Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: 100% Commission-based- 30% front end; 10% back end 75k a year.
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Develop expertise on all vehicle models and inventory
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend vehicle options
- Conduct test drives and explain key automotive features (valid driver’s license required)
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales
- Complete quotes, return calls and emails, and assist with credit applications and transaction paperwork
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage follow-ups
- Prepare sold vehicles before customer pickup
- Deliver an exceptional delivery experience by walking customers through vehicle features, warranty details, and final documentation
