Compensation & Schedule
- Guaranteed $3,000/month base commission per vehicle sold
- Full-time, with flexible schedules
- 3-month pay guarantee

- Greet customers, identify needs, and present vehicle options and solutions
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate features (valid driver’s license required)
- Follow up with prospects/customers to generate leads and close sales
- Prepare accurate quotes; return emails/voicemails; assist with credit apps and transaction paperwork
- Use CRM to track interactions and manage follow-ups
- Prepare sold vehicles prior to customer arrival and deliver a thorough delivery presentation (features, warranty, paperwork)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- High energy, strong attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality (restaurant), or other customer-facing sales roles preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
