Are you a parts guru who enjoys working with the public? We are growing and searching for a Spanish speaking, experienced Parts Specialist. Bring your researching and problem-solving skills to make an immediate impact. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and selling heavy-duty and heavy-equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Base salary plus monthly commission of $60k all in
- Full Time Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!
- Medical, dental & vision plus more available on the first of the month after 30 days of employment
- Paid Time Off, including 5 days after 90 days of employment

- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
- Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
- Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
- Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and assist team members
- Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs
- Valid driver's license
