Compensation & Schedule
- $25-$40 per hour (based on experience)
- Production bonuses available
- Sign on bonus up to $5000 for qualified candidates
- Medical, dental, vision & supplemental options available on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment
- 401k with company contribution
- Paid Time Off (5 days after 90 days of employment)
- Paid training and bonuses for certifications completed
- Company paid holidays

- Service, repair & recondition Vermeer equipment
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions including hydraulic & electrical experience
- Welding as needed
- Recognize and recommend appropriate repairs to the Service Manager
- Create accurate repair estimates, CDK experience a plus
- Communicate with OEM/factory for technical assistance
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and electrical diagnostic capability
- Proficient ability to document in CDK
- Detail oriented, organized, safety focused and team player
