Role Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and strategic professional who enjoys building and expanding business opportunities in the high-tech and semiconductor industry. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth through marketing and sales activities. This position requires collaboration with both the U.S. and Taiwan teams to strengthen All Ring Tech’s presence in the North American market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Support product promotion, trade show participation, and customer visits
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights for strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency required (for communication with Taiwan headquarters)
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in an international environment
- Familiarity with the semiconductor or automation industry preferred
