- Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping
Requirements
- Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and data entry skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, record keeping, and calendar management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Must obtain a valid drivers license as you will occasionally assist with bank runs and/or other local errands
