DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is seeking a Junior Incident Response Analyst / Enterprise Event Manager to support a Department of Defense enterprise operations mission at MacDill AFB, FL. This is a contingent hire pending contract award and requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and/or special access.

This position supports 24x7x365 enterprise IT and network operations in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment.
The selected candidate will support enterprise monitoring, incident response, and operational reporting functions across core IT systems, networks, and cloud services. This role focuses on real-time monitoring, alert response, ticketing, escalation, and continuity of operations support for enterprise infrastructure.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Monitor enterprise servers, applications, and services using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Perform 24/7 hourly checks of core enterprise services and systems.
- Monitor Microsoft O365, cloud platforms, and mobility services for system health and availability.
- Monitor Azure-hosted servers and services for uptime and performance.
- Monitor Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unified Presence (CUP) environments.
- Conduct portal and service availability checks using scripting and PowerShell based tools.
- Analyze, diagnose, and report application and device issues.
- Create and manage trouble tickets for critical alerts and service degradations.
- Maintain continuity logs to ensure effective shift turnover and situational awareness.
- Provide clear troubleshooting documentation and incident reporting through ticketing systems.
- Conduct device and phone functionality checks to ensure security and operational readiness.
- Collect, analyze, and report operational metrics for enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Generate reports identifying system status, trends, and expiration of cryptographic devices.
- Support senior government and civilian leadership with operational data and reporting.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of experience, OR
- Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience, OR
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of experience

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 0–2 years with a Bachelor’s degree
- 4 or more years with a High School Diploma

SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required Experience & Certifications:
- Current DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification REQUIRED-NO EXCEPTIONS (Sec , Sec CE, etc., Copies Required)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience using enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds
- Experience monitoring network and application performance using tools such as Riverbed
- Experience using Remedy or similar IT service management / ticketing systems
- Experience supporting Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) environments
- Experience with Microsoft enterprise products
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to operate under pressure in a high-tempo, 24/7 operational environment
- Strong proactive team-oriented mindset
- Desired skills include:Experience managing mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Scripting or automation experience
- Exposure to AI-enabled monitoring or automation tools
