What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior event and team lead trainee position at New Wave Executives?
Looking for driven individuals that are motivated to help drive revenue for our partnering Non-Profit foundations. Our vision is to help Non-Profit organizations drive revenue and expand their brand so they can focus on what they do best, help people/families. We have individuals start in a community outreach specialist; they do this all while learning leadership and team building skills. Our objective is to never have someone be a professional fundraiser, our mission is to teach individuals these skills to grow into a possible management position to work hand in hand with our partnering non-profit organizations and manage a team to oversee operations and continue to drive revenue for our clients.
We are seeking motivated, growth-oriented individuals to join our team supporting nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through community outreach campaigns in the Tampa area.
This is an entry-level, face-to-face outreach role designed for individuals who want to develop leadership, communication, and management skills while representing meaningful causes.
In this role:
• Represent nonprofit partners at tabling events and community outreach locations
• Engage directly with the public to educate and build awareness
• Drive fundraising initiatives through in-person outreach
• Develop professional communication and leadership skills
• Participate in hands-on training and mentorship
