All Med Search is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, permanent positions in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) at a hospital in Texarkana, Texas.

Both day and night shifts are available, along with competitive hourly compensation, shift differentials, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and $5,000 in relocation assistance.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay: $28.00 to $46.40 per hour, depending on experience
- Evening Shift Differential: Additional $3.50/hour
- Night Shift Differential: Additional $4.50/hour
- Weekend Differential: Additional $2.50/hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000

Position Responsibilities
As an Intermediate Care RN, you will provide nursing care to patients who require closer monitoring and more complex care than those in a traditional medical-surgical setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in patient conditions.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute and complex medical needs.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other clinical indicators as appropriate.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow hospital policies, patient safety standards, and evidence-based nursing practices.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for Texas RN licensure.
- More than 1 year of hospital or acute care nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care (PCU), Step-Down, Telemetry, or a similar acute care setting.
- Experience caring for patients requiring continuous monitoring.
