Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 for Registered Nurses
Relocation Bonus is Possible (Case-by-Case)
Location: Near Orlando, Florida
This is a permanent, full-time hospital role.
Pay & Schedule
- $31.84–$46.26/hr (based on experience)
- $4.50 nights, $1.50 weekends, $1.50 for national certification; On-call is $4/hr
- Shifts: Days: Mon–Fri, 6:30am–3pm, with call and rotating weekends
- On-call: roughly once a week and one weekend a month, subject to department needs
Requirements
- Active RN license, NCLEX passed
- Associate's in Nursing (or higher) required
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN experience required
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and direct bedside care for adult surgical patients
- Implement individualized care plans and administer medications safely
- Monitor patient status, escalate concerns, and collaborate with the care team
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and infection-control standards
