What You'll Do as an Junior Account Manager:

• Represent AT&T Fiber with high energy and assist with account management.
• Keep customers happy by answering their support questions.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and deliver awesome experiences.
• Keep customer accounts organized and support daily team activities.
• Team up with your co-workers to hit campaign goals.
• Step up and help mentor new team members as you level up your own career.

What We are Looking For in our next Junior Account Manager:

• Awesome communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• A positive attitude and a drive to learn new things.
• The ability to vibe well with a team but also work independently.
• A customer-first mindset with natural problem-solving vibes.
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is cool, but definitely not required.
