Customer Service Representative (Aftermarket)

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative in Denver for our Aftermarket team that focuses on a wide range of consumables and business supplies. You will be working with customers, processing orders, explaining products and services, helping to resolve customer issues and concerns, and fulfilling customer needs. This position will have opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Responsibilities

• Work in a fast paced, cooperative, high call volume environment
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Entering orders in our computer system
• Knowing our products to answer any questions
• Working internally with various departments
• Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns and complaints
  
  

Qualifications

• Two years in customer service, sales, or relevant field
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
• Strong customer service skills and must be a good team player
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
