Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Hall Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning and sanitation operations within critical data center environments. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in data halls, ensuring optimal conditions for sensitive equipment and personnel. Duties
- Supervise daily cleaning activities within data halls, ensuring all areas meet strict sanitation and safety standards
- Lead, train, and motivate custodial teams to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules aligned with operational requirements and safety protocols
- Monitor compliance with sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular inspections of data hall environments to identify cleanliness issues or hazards
- Coordinate with management to ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, and team performance
Requirements
- Osha 10
- Willing to work towards Osha 30
- Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning environments
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a custodial or facilities setting
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques
- Excellent communication skills for effective supervision and managerial coordination
- Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm, clarity, and a focus on safety and quality standards
- Familiarity with hospitality or housekeeping management principles is a plus
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment
