Vindy Cleaning is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Morning Shift Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team.
We provide professional cleaning services for commercial offices, apartment common areas, property turnovers, bed and breakfast accommodations, and other client facilities. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that great cleaning is about more than completing tasks—it’s about creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every client.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, pays attention to the small details, and takes responsibility for doing the job right.
Position Details
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience, performance, and consistency
Schedule:
- Part-time morning and daytime hours
- Weekday shifts
- Commercial office and client facility cleaning
- Travel between local job sites
- Paid training provided
What You’ll Do
As a member of our cleaning team, you will:
- Clean offices and other client spaces using established cleaning procedures and checklists
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at every location
- Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Work independently while staying in communication with management
- Properly use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Travel between assigned job sites as needed
- Help create a positive experience for our clients through dependable and professional service
As our company continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to assist with quality checks, team training, client support, and other company projects.
