Front Desk Receptionist supports the administration of the Santa Ana site to include but not limited to facilities, maintenance, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), front desk operations and Human Resources Department, overseeing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations and Administrative Support:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling mail, directing deliveries and visitors.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
- Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate luncheons and meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Create communication plans to ensure all office employees are kept up to date with all necessary information, including but not limited to the company newsletter.
Qualifications:
● Bilingual – Spanish
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, customer service skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position requires an on-site presence. Working conditions are normal for an office environment but may be noisy at times. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Walking around the campus will be required in all California Weather. California has stream heat, extreme cold, and everything in between.
