About the Role
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract great people, support our employees, improve onboarding and training coordination, and strengthen our internal HR processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys recruiting, takes ownership, communicates clearly, and wants to make a visible impact inside a growing local company.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, showroom, operations, warehouse, office, and support roles
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, outreach, and recruiting platforms
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team fit
- Improve job postings, interview steps, candidate communication, and hiring workflows
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Assist with employee training coordination and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee questions
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, compliance, and internal process improvements
- Support employee relations, performance documentation, and workplace concerns
- Work closely with leadership to improve HR processes, support team communication, and contribute to a strong company culture
- Help coordinate employee engagement, team events, and culture initiatives
- Maintain and coordinate basic office supply needs to support daily office operations
- Help bring organization, consistency, and follow-through to HR, recruiting, onboarding, and training processes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience required
- 2 years of HR experience preferred
- Proven experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, hiring platforms, and HR databases
- Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability
- Knowledge of current hiring trends, recruiting strategies, and HR best practices
- Experience helping improve or build HR processes is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
